Registration & Payment Information
The first step in your MUUSA adventure is completing the registration form. Veteran campers should note that old housing guidelines no longer apply. Please be sure to include both registration fees and camp deposits when registering. The postmark date on your registration form determines priority, not the date received by the registrar. As you register, only the first address listed will be used for all correspondence. All other addresses will be listed in the camp roster. Return completed forms and fees (registration, workshop, and camp deposits) to the registrar immediately. Forms postmarked after June 1 result in a late registration fee of $30 per person. Fees are not transferable between campers. People who arrive at camp without prior notification (on or before June 20) will be charged a late fee of $50 per person. Any staff member who fails to meet these deadlines will personally be held to any and all late fees regardless of any reimbursement to which they may be entitled. E-mail and faxed registrations are not accepted. Payment of Balance When you receive your registration confirmation from the registrar, please pay the remaining balance by check made payable to MUUSA Inc. before June 15. Prepaying the balance due will give you more time for fun when you first arrive at camp. All balances due must be paid upon arrival at the camp by check or money order made out to MUUSA Inc., or by VISA or Master Card.
